video data across six independent

disks to insure against loss resulting

from hard drive failure.

RAID 5 Compatibility (RMS):

Increase the camera frame rate to view more images per second (ips) from the most important vantage points of your facility — and

capture every piece of the action. You can prioritize your cameras by assigning a different alarm, normal and minimum record rate to

each one. Set higher ips for cameras at pivotal locations while decreasing it for those where traffic flow is minimal. Intellex lets you

allocate system resources to yield the best surveillance coverage while maximizing the efficiency of your hard drive. You can also opt

for the convenience of Auto Rate Mode, which distributes the total record rate capacity equally among all cameras on the network.

Know for certain if an incident requires action by double-

checking recorded video. Intellex can replay the event less

than a split-second after it happens, unlike VCRs which take

several minutes. This feature helps prevent embarrassing

mistakes that result from misinterpreting live footage and

at the same time enables the immediate response necessary

to nab a suspect before they get away. Intellex manages

all this without any interruption to ongoing recording.
